Online payments and contactless orders?
1. We do online payments: Visa, Master Card, Blik or fast bank transfer. You can also pay on delivery to our driver: cash or card (American Express, Visa, Master Card).
2. Contactless collection orders - pay online, in the comments on the order add instructions on how to leave the order under the door or another place. This way you can pick up your order without contacting with our driver.
How to pick up an order from a restaurant yourself?
1. Select the pickup option on the home page.
2. Place an order and pay online. For personal pickup only online payment is available .
3. You can also place an order by phone and we will send you an e-mail for online payment.
4. Benefits - no delivery cost, in addition you get a discount of PLN 2 for every PLN 20 spent.
WHAT PREVENTION MEASURES DO WE USE?
1. The restaurants have created secure pickup zones.
2. We deliver only by cars and dedicated, built-up scooters, which minimizes the number of accidental meetings our drivers with other people.
3. Our drivers have been equipped with disposable antibacterial gels and the terminals are regularly disinfected.
How long will it take for the delivery?
Order realize immediately after its adoption and try to be delivered in less than an hour. In the case of prolonged delivery time, our operators will be informed on a regular basis.
What is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery depends on the zone of delivery - see which zone you belong to.
Can I order by telephone?
All orders can be placed by phone, our consultants take orders in English and Polish.
Can I order from any restaurant?
If your address is in our delivery area you can order from any restaurant available on our website.
Do I need to register when ordering online?
When ordering over the internet you do not need to register, you can use the "order without login".
What are the advantages of registration option?
By registering you have access to order history, you can quickly resubmit the same order or to modify it, you can add to your favorite dishes and restaurants.
Can I pay by card?
You can pay by card to our driver when picking up the order but also online.
Can I place an order in advance?
Each order can be placed in advance up to several days before delivery. Just enter the appropriate comment in the notes to the order.
How do I get an VAT invoice?
Ask for an invoice of our consultants or check the appropriate form. Invoices sent by post but we can also send an e-mail.
